1. Who we are

2. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and, where applicable, payment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order because of stock availability, a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or an undeliverable address, and we will refund any amount already paid.
3. Prices, tax and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping, which are added at checkout. Online card payment is not currently enabled on this website and no card details are collected here; after you submit an order we contact you with final totals and a secure payment method before any charge is made.
4. Fitment and product information
Compatibility notes, specifications and images are provided in good faith as guidance. Vehicle trims, options and mid-year revisions vary, so you are responsible for verifying that a product fits your specific year, make, model and trim before purchase. If in doubt, contact us before ordering. Colors may differ slightly from images due to screen calibration.
5. Installation and safe use
Products must be installed and used according to the manufacturer's instructions and applicable law. Some accessories — including lighting, window film and dash-mounted devices — are regulated differently by state, and you are responsible for compliance. Do not fit anything that obstructs pedals, controls, airbags or your view of the road.
6. Shipping, returns and warranty
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy, both incorporated into these terms. Manufacturer warranties, where offered, are stated on the product page.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use of a vehicle, or for damage arising from incorrect installation or use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Site content, layout and imagery belong to OceanVista LLC or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or place fraudulent orders.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, and disputes are subject to the courts of that state, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the version published when you place your order applies to that order.
