Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing time

Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT begin processing the next business day. Items shown as "Ships in 3–5 days" are on inbound stock and will show the longer window at checkout.

Rates and delivery speed

• Standard Ground — $7.95, 4–7 business days in transit after processing.
• Expedited — $16.95, 2–3 business days in transit after processing.
• Express Air — $29.95, 1–2 business days in transit after processing.

Orders with a product subtotal of $75 or more after discounts ship free via Standard Ground. Oversized items such as full car covers and cargo liners may carry a dimensional surcharge, which is always shown before you submit your order.

Where we ship

We ship within the 50 United States, plus Washington DC. APO/FPO addresses are supported on request via customer service. We do not currently ship internationally, and we cannot deliver to freight-forwarding addresses.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your parcel leaves our facility. You can also check status on our Order Tracking page using your order number and email address.

Delays, damage and lost parcels

Carrier delays caused by weather or network backlogs are outside our control, but we will help you chase them. Inspect your parcel on delivery: report visible transit damage within 5 calendar days with photographs of the packaging and item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If tracking shows delivery but the parcel is missing, contact us within 7 calendar days so we can open a carrier claim.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address can be reshipped at the original shipping cost.
